We have never been more proud of our staff and centres than we are now. Exceptional times require exceptional people to do exceptional things. That’s why we have been working very hard on a number of initiatives to ensure Trade Skills 4U continues to operate in these difficult times.

Prioritising Existing Customers

Our current customers are our priority and whenever possible we will ensure you can complete your journey with us. We have made a promise to you that you will not lose out if you are unable to attend our training centre due to the current outbreak and are offering all existing customers free course moves and the first pick of any Virtual Classroom sessions that are running. We are working hard on rescheduling and will be publishing more dates shortly to enable you to move to a future class later in the year but this will take time as we want to get this right.

Contacting as many people as we can directly

At present our course advisors are busy contacting all customers who are being moved to new courses, however please note that this is hundreds of calls each day and we are working our way through the most recently affected classes to those training further into the future. As such we ask that you please bear with us during this period. In some circumstances we will not be able to give you a definite date or answer to your question due to the speed at which things are moving at present.

Reopening when it is safe to do so

Looking further into the future we are working very hard to ensure when we do re-open that our centres will be able to operate effective social distancing. We will be guided by government advice and will only open our centres once we are advised it is safe to do so.

Virtual Classroom and E-Learning

Once we have dealt with our existing customers we will make our Virtual Classroom courses available to new customers to book online. This will help anyone looking for a way to fill the hours of isolation. And that is the bit we are very excited about. For some time we have been working on e-learning, blended learning and virtual classroom models. In particular we are very proud of hard the team have worked on launching and testing our virtual classroom training. Customers have already attended a number of sessions and the feedback is extremely positive. This is now a permanent addition to our national coverage but at present is reserved for those who were already scheduled to sit a course with us. We will be making it available to all very soon so please watch this space.

We thank all our staff and customers for their hard work and understanding at this time.
