A designated training supervisor will take charge of your training account, working with your HR team to identify the requirements and generate course content to meet your company’s specific learning objectives.
The programme may be a completely bespoke course or an amalgamation of existing relevant qualifications to provide the right mix of certification.
As the UK’s leading electrical training provider, we can cater for small groups or can organise ongoing programmes to up-skill hundreds of members of staff.
Training can take place either on your site or in one of our learning centres, or more commonly as a mixture of both approaches. When required, specialist rigs can be created in our spacious workshops.
We find that training delivered on a client’s premises can be perceived as more relevant by the trainees, and does allow us to build a strong relationship and engage with the company’s culture.
Many qualifications now include online examination, and when this is the case we can set up a mobile exam centre at your location. For larger groups this can be a very cost effective solution, avoiding travel and accommodation expense, and time spent away from the workplace.
