The City and Guilds 2392 Inspection and testing qualification, not only demystifies testing, it also provides you with a qualification and certificate to show you are competent to undertake the work.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However we must ensure that all our candidates have the potential and opportunity to successfully gain this qualification.

 It would be expected that candidates have a basic knowledge and understanding of electrical science and principles and experience of electrical installation either within the electrical industry or allied trade.

This qualification is not approved for use by candidates under the age of 18. City and Guilds will not accept any registrations for candidates under this age.

Is this course right for me?

This new course is designed for those new to testing.

It is aimed at practicing electrical installers who have not carried out inspection and testing since qualifying or who require additional electrical training to achieve the City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in inspection and testing (2391) of electrical installations. 

It is also suitable for those with limited experience of inspection and testing of electrical installations, such as those:    

Entering or new to the industry.   

Working in allied trades. i.e, Plumbers, kitchen fitters, landscape gardeners

4 Days Electrical Inspection Training including GOLA (Global Online Assessment)
