The Great ‘Trade Skills 4U’ Bake Off

Here in the Trade Skills 4U office we went head to head in a baking competition for Red Nose Day, three of the lovely ladies baked some treats for everyone to enjoy and sold them as part of comic relief.

We often have cakes here in the office and we thought what better way to make some money was to enter our kitchens to cook up some culinary delights for all to enjoy.

Each cake was priced reasonably at 50p each which will be a part of the comic relief total tonight.

We have raised the grand total of:

We had a small wager in the office for who sold the most cakes and I’m please to announce that Hayley Hamilton won.

We also decided to make our faces funny for charity as part of comic relief we set the office a task to make their faces funny for comic relief. All they needed was a red nose and some imagination, and as you can see from the below photos our staff went all out creating their funny faces, all the photos were posted on social media and each person donated a £1 for taking part by texting FUNNY to 70011.

We also entered into a competition with a local recruitment company called REED who gave us two noses to assist us with this year’s #RNDface campaign, therefore not only did we be send the photos into comic relief we also entered a local competition as well, lets hope we win!

We think this will be as big as #nomakeupselfie and the #icebucketchallenge!

And the Trade Skills 4U funniest face goes too Stacey Smith!
