Napit or Napit?

Posted by Christos Panayiotou on 24th February 2012

Here in the Trade Skills 4U office we have been debating the pronunciation of NAPIT. Although we are based in Gatwick we have a fairly strong northern contingent in the office who insist that NAPIT is pronounced Nay-Pit rather than Nap-It if we were to spell the word phonetically. After asking about in the office there is a real split in how people pronounce NAPIT but have found that the official pronounciation is actually Nay-Pit so the northerners are right!

So last thing on a Friday we thought we would have a bit of fun and put out a survey. So please if you can spare a couple of seconds and if you wish to engage in this highly debated subject please respond with your answer below:

Create your free online surveys with SurveyMonkey, the world's leading questionnaire tool.

We will publish the results in two weeks and who knows maybe in the future we will take on other huge questions that the electrical industry needs to answer.
