Put simply, to get a job with a contractor as an electrician's mate. By funding your initial training yourself you can make yourself much more attractive to employers by gaining the relevant skills and experience that they are looking for. This Level 2 course is 10 weeks long (over a 20 week period) and covers all the foundation knowledge and practical skills that will mean you won’t simply be making tea if you start in a new job or apprenticeship.
