City & Guilds Training – Electrical is excited to announce the impending completion of its training centre redevelopment in London. Opening in early 2025, our London electrical training centre will offer students state-of-the-art facilities, including those used for EV charging and Air Source Heat Pumps, that will help meet the UK’s increasing need for qualified workers in the green energy industry.
What’s Coming to the New London Training Centre?
While we already offers some electrical courses in London, this expansion brings fresh learning opportunities for those seeing electrical and green skills training across the London area, including:
A comprehensive entry-level course that equips students with essential electrical installation skills and foundational knowledge.
C&G 2921-34 EV Charging Course
Covering the principles and practices of EV charging point installation, this course supports London’s transition to cleaner transport solutions.
Perfect for those looking to contribute to the renewable energy sector, this course teaches the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems.
BPEC EESS Battery Storage Course
This course aims to provide practising electricians with the skills and knowledge required to install small-scale electrical energy (battery) storage systems.
These new offerings build on our existing London courses, including the C&G 2382-22 18th Edition Course, PAT Testing Essentials Course, and 18th Edition Amendment 2 CPD Refresher Course, which will continue to be available at the London electrical centre.
