However to ensure you get the most out of your intensive week with us we have split bricklaying into two distinct categories.

Hard landscaping and House Construction, Hard Landscaping obviously covers all the bricklaying skills you would expect, trowel skills, laying bricks, paviors, block paving, stone etc straight, level and true.

It does not cover gardening skills.

It then additionally covers the particular skills you need to construct projects outside in the garden or yard like, gate pillars, planter walls, path edging, if you have aporject in mind, we'll show you how to build it.

If you need bricklaying skills for building tasks around the garden then this is the course for you.

Featuring natural stone construction and Block paving

Most hard landscape projects require brickwork or brickwork skills, small walls for edging or planting beds, building a patio, featuring brick and stone construction techniques, do your garden projects yourself.

• Patio paving, foundations, setting out, levels, drainage.
• Path and paving edging.
• Garden walls and planters
• Brick Pillars
• 9 inch garden walls, various brick bonds.
• Natural Stone preparation.
• Stone walls and gate pier construction using Sussex Stone, Purbeck stone and granite.
