Unvented hot water training and certification is a requirement for any plumber who wants to work on unvented hot water systems. As such, it is a legal requirement that all unvented hot water installations are notified to the local Building Control department.
Most plumbers will be aware that at some point in the near future water will be classified as a controlled service. As such it will be essential that anyone working with a water system has the appropriate training and knowledge of water regulations.
