Apprenticeship training is almost fully funded, you get a £1500 employer incentive from the Government, and your apprentice becomes increasingly useful as they progress, plus you’ll get that warm glow knowing you’ve done your bit.
Young people seem to get some unjustified bad press these days and if you give them a little hand, they’ll reward your support with smile and an eagerness to learn.
