Tradeskills4u are looking for a fully qualified electrician with a good contractor background, PTLLS and A1 Assessor qualification's would be an advantage but is not essential, some form of electrical training experience is required. 

A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Internal Sales Executive Wanted

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive 

Base: Head Office : Crawley 

Reporting to: Sales Manager 

Job Purpose: To deal with all inbound calls to the business and to convert them into training courses. To generate additional business through outbound calling as required.   

Key Responsibilities: 

To sell training courses to both individuals and  businesses  

To achieve all individual sales targets set 

To deal with all calls in a professional and efficient manner 

To gather comprehensive and accurate information from callers  

To follow up on outstanding inbound leads by making outbound calls in a timely manner

To log bookings, customer contact and any additional information onto the relevant computer software systems in an accurate and timely manner 

To complete all booking administration 

To maintain an accurate and up to date pipeline of business 

Completion of call logs and reports as required 

To deal with inbound internet enquiries • To deal with ‘counter’ customers 

To make outbound marketing calls for business generation 

To make outbound customer satisfaction survey calls and reviews 

To have an up to date knowledge of all courses available and be able to recommend the most suitable for each customer 

To devise and recommend tailor made packages as required 

To conduct off site meetings for allocated key accounts

To  perform any other duties as required by the business to ensure its successful and efficient running

Education, Training & Experience: 

Desired experience of a sales, training and telesales environment 

Computer literate with good keyboard skills 

Educated to a reasonable level of numeracy and literacy 

Disposition & requirements: 

Sales focused with a desire to achieve 

Excellent communication and people skills 

Passionate with a positive attitude

Friendly and professional manner 

Resilient and self motivated

Ability to remain calm under pressure 

Hours of Work: 

An allocated 8 hour day between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm for four days per week 

Required to work until 8.00pm for 1 day per week 

Required to work 9.30am – 1.30pm on 1 Saturday per month 

Additional hours as required dependent on the needs of the business
