This 18 day course includes all the core competencies that you will need to be a Domestic Electrical Installer and register on a domestic installer scheme. With this set of qualifications and skills you can be confident you will be competently equipped to install domestic electrics in line with the relevant wiring and building regulations. It also teaches you how to inspect and test your own installtions.
If you're new to Electrics and want to gain the qualifications quickly and intensively, then this is the perfect course.
This course is intended for installers with previous experience of electrical installation who are looking to register on a competent persons scheme and self certify their work. It is designed specifically for those looking to register as a qualified Supervisor within a company or sole trader.
The course length will vary depending on previous qualifications and experience.
This course is the shorter version of the 6 week course above. It is designed specifically for students who have previously completed our Bronze Course. Due to your previous qualification you are able to complete your Qualfiied Supervisor Course in just 4 Weeks. This will allow you to register on a Competent Persons Scheme and self certify your own work as well as the work of others.
We offer the full package for you to be qualified to carry out both domestic and commercial installations. This course is taken 2 weeks on 2 weeks off over a 32 week period. It covers the full range of training including a number of specialist skills required to work in the commercial sector. Many people will take this course as a first step to gaining a full electricians apprenticeship or their first job in an electrical contracting company.
This 5 week solar PV training course is structured to allow you, as a new entrant into the electrical industry to be become a Solar Panel installer and enter what is becoming an exciting new industry. Essentially you gain two skills with this course. Firstly you will learn how to install domestic electrics and then in the last week you will learn how to install solar panels. This will enable you to work on both solar PV projects but also general domestic works such as house re-wires.
