I have just learnt of my result in the above course/exam, I cannot adequately express to you how much happiness I am experiencing, and what this means to an old bloke who thought he would never pass this course! Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and to our instructor, who pulled no punches, told it as it is, and also made the 3 days a reasonably enjoyable experience." Barry Orman
